The Bill of Sale is prepared for property sold in as-is condition without any form of warrenty. The buyer is informed to fully inspect the property before signing the contract. This version is meant for simple transactions because it does not provide a notary blank. If you are intending to buy/sell more expensive items (i.e. artwork) or other property that legal proof of ownership is important, you should consider a more elaborate contractual agreement.
